I cannot say enough about how helpful and patient Martin has been. What a joy to work with. During this stay, we were without a car but found travel very easy and convenient. Outlander fans can also discover Jamie's Print Shop nearby as well as a Tesco. The cozy Old Tolbooth Tavern is just at the end of the wynd on The Royal Mile too. I hope someday I am able to return. If that never happens, I'm glad I got this second chance.”

We loved our time in this cozy flat a short distance from the Royal Mile, although, due to the perfect location, we didn't spend a lot of time in it. We did a lot of walking all around Old Town, but lots of public transport is nearby. It was also a great location from which to take a day trip or town ... easy access out of town. Additionally, the flat had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. I can't think of a single thing it was missing. My trip to Edinburgh from The States was put on hold at the beginning of the pandemic. It was much altered from the original plan. Through it all, Martin has helped and guided with generosity and patience. Such a pleasure to work with. Perhaps my strongest recommendation is the fact that I'm booked to return in the Spring.”
