Our knowledge and experience as owners and agents mean that we are uniquely qualified to advise you on setting up your property as holiday accommodation and to act as agents for your property. We work with various web portals to showcase properties across the web, and synchronize availability calendars to guard against any double bookings. We also work with VisitScotland, and our live availability calendars and prices can be accessed via the VisitScotland website. If you're a property owner, you can add your property to our vrscot.com website and we'll also include a listing and online booking on the VisitScotland website as well as other web portals.

Choose from three levels of service:
Full property management
We manage the enquiries and bookings, take payments, arrange delivery of keys, manage the cleaning and laundry. Commission charge plus administration fee to cover cleaning, laundry, welcome pack and other expenses. This service is available only in Edinburgh.
Booking service only
We take the bookings and payments, and then we hand the details over to you to manage the rest of the transaction. Commission charge only. This service is available for all properties.
Changeover service only
You take bookings and arrange for guest arrival, etc. and we arrange for the cleaning and laundry at the end of (or before the start of) each stay. Fee to cover cleaning, laundry and welcome pack. This service is available only in Edinburgh.

There is no question that when traveling in the UK, staying in self-catering units like this one is the best option by far. We did this last year when we were in Cornwall and York and it sure works for us. You can get up when you want, make coffee, have a slow breakfast and then face the day... I really like the way the people at Vacation Rentals Scotland handle things... I would recommend them to anyone wanting to visit this city.
