There's a good stock of crockery, glasses, cutlery and kitchen appliances, including a turbo-cook/grill microwave oven and coffee-maker.
The porch/utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, a large fridge-freezer, a shoe rack and coat hooks. The door opens out on to the decking area, which has a table and 6 chairs with cushions, a patio heater, and a large canopy.
The quiet garden has cottage-style planting and has a shed, henhouse (and hens!) and a chimenea. There is offroad and onstreet parking.
The upper floor of the house has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom at the front of the property has a king-size antique bed with marble-topped bedside tables, a dual-control electric blanket, chest of drawers with large mirror on top, 2 spacious cupboards, a TV with freeview, and a hairdryer.
The second bedroom faces the back of the house and is a quaint modern room with two single beds, wardrobe and a comfortable chair.
The third bedroom has a single bed, desk and chair and bookcase. A fold-up bed is also available for a 6th guest.
The entrance hall has a large mirror and spacious understair cupboard.
The front garden in season has lots of herbs and salad crops, which guests are invited to use.
An initial supply of coal, wood and peat is supplied, and further supplies of wood and peat at £5 a sack can be bought nearby at Teko Tubs on Station Road.
